Teniola Lawanson is a global public health physician with vast experience in health programs design and intervention in the field of infectious diseases. He has a first degree in Medicine from Lagos State University College of Medicine (Ikeja), a Masters in Global Health and Infectious Diseases (Edinburgh), and a Diploma Certificate in Vaccinology (Institut Pasteur, Paris). He has also completed several trainings in the field of Global Health, One Health, Vaccines Standard Practice and Clinical Research. He is a member of the Royal Society for Public Health (UK) and the British Society for Immunology. His areas of interest and expertise include HIV/AIDS, Vaccinology and Immunisation, Tuberculosis, Infectious Diseases and Health Systems. He is currently the Clinical Trial Manager on the R21 Malaria Vaccine Trial, as well as the Research Team Lead for CCTRIS
